31 days to decide at home

A rug only truly comes into its own where it is meant to be: in your home. Light, flooring, furniture, wall colours and the size of the room all have a significant effect on how a rug looks. That is why we want to give you the confidence to view your rug at home in peace and decide whether it is truly right for you.

At Nain Trading, you have 31 days after receiving your rug to inspect it. This allows you to lay it out in your own room, view it in daylight and evening light, and decide together with your family whether the size, colour, pattern and overall look are in harmony.

Every hand-knotted or hand-woven rug is one of a kind. Photos and product information help with your selection, but the final effect only becomes clear in the room itself. A rug can make a living area feel calmer, warmer, more elegant or more vibrant – sometimes you only realise this when it is actually lying in front of your own furniture.

With our 31-day return policy, we would like to make this decision easier for you. There is no need to feel under pressure; you can experience the rug at your leisure.

Take your time to check, decide honestly

Place the rug in the desired spot and see how it works with your interior. Is the size right for your seating area or dining table? Do the colours harmonise with the floor, furniture and light? Does the pattern look in the room as you imagined?

If everything fits, you have found a piece that will enrich your home for years to come. If the rug is not quite the right choice after all, you can return it within the returns period.

How returns work so simply

If you decide not to keep the rug, please register the return with us within the deadline. Our service team will explain the next steps and provide you with the necessary information for the return.

Exceptions to the right of return

Rugs made to individual customer specifications, bespoke items and gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
