How bespoke production works

Send us your enquiry by email or via our contact form. To help us assess your requirements as accurately as possible, the following details are useful:

  • desired size or approximate preferred dimensions
  • preferred shape, for example rectangular, round or runner
  • preferred colours or colours to avoid
  • preferred style, for example classic, modern, oriental, subtle or colourful
  • example images, sketches or photos of an existing rug
  • photos of the room where the rug will be placed

Creating a bespoke rug takes time and careful craftsmanship. Depending on the size, material, rug type, pattern and level of detail, production usually takes around 4 to 6 months. For particularly intricate custom-made rugs, the timeframe may vary.

We will inform you in advance, transparently, about the expected production time and agree all important details with you. Once completed, your rug will be carefully inspected and prepared for dispatch.
